"Yoga as an Instrument for Self-Regulation".:This workshop explores the connection between breath, movement, and the autonomic nervous system, focusing on exhalation and forward bends to shift autonomic states. Using pulse bands to track heart rate variability (HRV), we’ll explore self-regulation and restoration.

"An exploration on how the heart and the gut respond to attuned touch; Demonstration sessions with the use of the peristaltic stethoscope and accompanied by ECG measurements". The workshop wil be accompanied by Tore Naess who will take care of the ECG monitoring.

"Pulsation and the responsibility for joy": Pulsation is a core phenomenon of life and the pleasure principle a guiding principle in biodynamic therapy. In this workshop we will explore joy, as an expression of vividness and lightness. We will investigate joy as a necessity and antidote in troubling times.
19.30 - Late: Please join us for a late, light tapas and dance at the "wine bodega" in the basement of Josefines vertshus. We hope this can be an opportunity for getting together in a joyful way getting better acquainted and inspired. We will charge a fee of 25 Euro, 300,- nok. This is to cover the rent and food expences. Drink can be bought at the vennue.
